By registering, booking your ticket and attending Harbour Hop you consent to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Terms and Conditions of Harbour Hop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any photographs taken during Harbour Hop to be used for future promotion and might appear on Facebook and other media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behave according to our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.harbourhop.nl\/code-of-conduct\/\">Code of Conduct<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-17247c8c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">registration and workshops<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filling out the registration form for the event does not guarantee participation of Harbour Hop. After registration everyone is placed on a waiting list and taken off it on first come, first served basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your ticket is confirmed after the payment is completed (if it happens within 3 days of being moved off the waiting list) by a registration\/ payment confirmation email.&nbsp;There is no need to print the email, you will be on the list of participants but it is good to keep the email, remember your ID and have the booking link at hand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can register for one ticket in one booking. If you wish to purchase more tickets, it is possible through a new registration booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-17247c8c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harbour Hop takes every effort to ensure the safety of the event participants. We have a zero tolerance policy towards behaviour that may pose a threat to the life, health or safety of others. We kindly ask anyone who witnesses such an event to contact the organization or designated safety person immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harbour Hop is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal goods during the workshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harbour Hop cannot be held liable for any physical injuries incurred during the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organization does its best to keep a satisfactory balance lead\/follow in class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harbour Hop reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule before and throughout the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-17247c8c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harbour Hop covers the cost of money transfer only when the payment is made by bank transfer in SEPA format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer is the only payment method available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-17247c8c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">cancellation policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your ticket will be confirmed if we receive the payment within 3 days of moving you off the waiting list. If the payment is not completed within those 3 days, your registration will be cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we receive an incomplete payment we reserve the right to cancel your registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of cancellation by the participant no refund will be given under any circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If for any reason you have to cancel your registration, you can sell your ticket and transfer your registration to another name, of<strong>&nbsp;the same role as you<\/strong>. Please make sure&nbsp;to email the organization at&nbsp;registration@harbourhop.nl&nbsp;and cc the buyer informing about the fact of the change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If for any unforeseen&nbsp;reason the event is cancelled, we will partially refund the ticket (depending&nbsp;on the already incurred&nbsp;costs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-17247c8c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">photography &amp; video recordings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any recordings of workshop content require approval of the teacher(s). Duplication or distribution of the content of workshops is only allowed with the permission of the teacher(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants always have the right to inform the photographers or videographers at the event that they do not wish to be recorded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By registering for Harbour Hop every participant agrees to the use of any pictures or video material from the event for the purpose of public reporting on the event or the promotion of future events, including social media and the Harbour Hop website.
